From my first order, the communication was quick, clear and professional. The team has always been friendly and helpful, and any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently.
I’ve been using my Elitewheels products extensively for more than a year, both for racing and everyday riding, and I’m still extremely satisfied with their performance. The combination of low weight, stiffness, comfort and responsiveness is exactly what I was looking for.
What I particularly appreciate is the overall experience. The products offer excellent performance, while the communication and support make the buying experience very easy and reassuring.

G42 Wheelset

Bought G42 on pre order. Wrote in to enquire about updates after 30 days of waiting. Anthony has been wonderful and guided me all the way.

Ridden for more than 400km on road / gravel and off road. Wheels held up well with no visible damage or creaking noise. The freehub is wonderful! I love the sound! Wheels stayed true.

Great product and customer service.

Genuinely cannot fault these rims!

I’ve had two sets of these wheels and I’m about to buy a third. The value – for the spec – in genuinely unbeatable. And the ride feel is 10/10. I do big days out on the bike – L’Etape, 312 etc. I can’t see myself ever switching tbh. And the customer service is spot on. Give them a go – you won’t regret it 👍🏽

EliteWheels Drive SL CS

I have already raced with the wheels and I’m very impressed with their quality and performance. They feel fast, stiff and reliable, and the overall finish is excellent. The quality of the product is really impressive for the price.

Overall, a very positive experience with EliteWheels. I would definitely recommend EliteWheels.

I purchased a set of Gnar XC wheels for my Leadville 100 MTB race. The difference was immediate and profound. Spin up was faster, weight was better for climbing, engagement was terrific, and they held up to a very loose and rubble-strewn course. Not only are the wheels terrific, but the customer service was just as good. I liked the wheels so much, I wanted a second set for my other mountain bike. I had some glitches during purchase, but a representative was immediately with me on the chat, got me through the process and gave me the best deal possible. Elite Wheels customer for life!

Just received and unboxed!

Just received and unboxed: they look amazing, especially with black on black stickers! First impression after a 60km ride this lunch time: very reactive and light although the wheel’s height profile. And with the wind coming from 3/4 front, actually very pleased with the stability!! So far so good. Look forward to other rides to further appreciate their qualities… let’s see how they climb….

Great second wheelset and even better service

I bought a set of Drive G36s so I could run two wheelsets on my gravel bike: one set up for road, one for gravel. They’ve been exactly what I wanted. Fit, finish and performance are excellent… They look and feel like a premium product, and swapping between setups is quick and painless.

My first ride with them was the 65-mile course at the 2025 Michaux Gravel Race in PA (not a gentle introduction for a brand new wheelset). They handled it without any issues and have been solid on every ride since.

I also want to speak to my experience with Elitewheels support/service. Sunny on their customer service team has been amazing…. he even tried to expedite shipping so I’d have the wheels in time for Michaux, and he’s been responsive and helpful ever since. That kind of support is hard to find.

Drive SL 58 from Elitewheels 👍🏻

Bought the Drive SL 58 from Elitewheels website, the delivery took one day to be shipped from China to Singapore via express. On top of that the really helpful Elitewheels customer service staff did a prorated refund as i just missed out on their promotion by a day.

This is my 2nd Elitewheel set and i really trust their workmanship. The Drive SL 58mm are phenomenal on my current bike, stable in crosswinds and high speeds as well as comfortable. The freehub is genius as i do not even need to remove my cassette to service the star ratchets.

Drive SL CS 58 Oh WOW!

I received my wheels last week. Thank you to the Elite-wheels team. They are of excellent quality at an affordable price for someone like me. They were well packaged and delivered safely. I have done three 100km rides with them so far and they are amazing. With 30mm Conti tyres on them I feel like am floating over the tarmac. Today’s ride was with tough gusty North to North westerly winds coming off the bay in springtime here in Melbourne. The wheels handled the wind with aplomb. Your designers seem to have gotten the shape right as there were no unexpected tugs on the front wheel. I am very happy.

Elite Drive SL CS 48 mm

Elite Drive SL CS 48 mm – After riding these wheels for more than three months, I have to say they are the best wheels I have ever ridden. I haven’t ridden many wheelsets, so it’s no surprise that these are the best I’ve tried so far :)

They are very wide, both internally and externally. They also have a somewhat elliptical rim shape, which I had never seen before, and it makes them incredibly stable in crosswinds. Even in windy conditions, they feel very predictable and secure.

I was worried that they might not be very comfortable because of the carbon spokes, but I have to say they are surprisingly comfortable, even on rough and damaged roads. I occasionally ride some light gravel with them, and they feel solid and reliable there as well.

Overall, I am very satisfied with these wheels. The only thing I regret is not buying the 58 mm version.
