Chinese National Day, one of China’s most important holidays, runs from October 1st to 7th. During this time, we often return to our hometowns, spend time with family and friends, and travel.
While we will be out of the office during the holiday, our customer service remains available. Here’s what we’ll be offering during these seven days:

- From October 1st to 2nd, and from October 5th to 7th, we’ll be available for online live chat from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Beijing time.
- From October 1st to 7th, offline messages and emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
Orders can still be placed during the holiday, and successful orders placed during the holiday will earn double points (Oct 1–7, 2026, UTC+8). Shipping will resume on October 8th.
During the holiday period, our factory and office will be closed, and logistics companies will also temporarily suspend their services. As a result, for orders placed during this period, the production lead time will be approximately 5-10 days longer than the “Availability Status” displayed on the respective product page.
