AlUla Tour 2024

In its fourth edition, the Saudi Tour is undergoing a transformation and has adopted the rich historical and geological marvels of AlUla as its new identity. From January 30 to February 3, 2024, international cyclists will embark on the challenge of inaugurating the AlUla Tour with distinction. The AlUla Tour is set to rejuvenate the world’s top riders, offering a diverse route tailored to the strengths of sprinters, puncheurs, and climbers alike.

Situated in the Hijaz region in the northwest of Saudi Arabia, AlUla boasts a millennium-old history. Once a bustling commercial hub, this region now stands as an open-air museum, showcasing landscapes that seamlessly blend deserts with lunar-like terrains, oases, and fertile lands.

This fourth edition of the race is poised to be as challenging and comprehensive as its forerunners, catering to sprinters, puncheurs, climbers, and every cycling profile. For many of the world’s elite cyclists, the AlUla Tour signifies the commencement of their season before they set their sights on European objectives. While the full route is yet to be unveiled, it’s evident that, despite its new name, the AlUla Tour will feature some of its most iconic locations.

The rebranding also introduces a new logo, adorned in the historical colors of gold and green, symbolizing the geological diversity of the region. The sleek lines of the design pay homage to the event’s uniqueness, with the prominent A and T of the AlUla Tour, alongside an image of a cyclist in full exertion. This design exudes a dynamic spirit and a sense of speed, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s vision for the ambitious AlUla site.
