Policies for Registration
The entirety of the registration process falls under the jurisdiction of the event organizers, whose decisions and interpretations will be conclusive and binding.

Event organizers retain the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or alter the registration process at any time and for any reason.

Event organizers also reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry selection process or violating these rules, potentially undermining the integrity of the event.

Event organizers shall not be held accountable for incomplete entries, declined credit cards, or entries received after the application deadline.

Refunds, Transfers, and Deferrals

89 Or Less Deferral into the following year, with a 100% entry fee repayment.

60-89 days remaining – 50% refund
30-59 days remaining – 40% refund
