The 2022 Milan-Sanremo will start at the Vigreli Circuit. The race is about 303 kilometers long, starting at the Vigorelli Circuit in Milan and ending at Via Roma in Sanremo.Combined with the neutral race in Milan, it is the longest professional cycling race on the calendar.
No driver other than Freire has been the Milan-Sanremo champion since 2010, until it was won by Arnaud Démare in 2016.And Stuyven has won the Milan-Saint-Maury race in 2021.Caleb Ewan (Lotto Soudal) finished second ahead of Van Aert.
