Don’t miss your chance to be part of this thrilling cycling event! Registration is exclusively online and will close once we reach the participant limit of 300 starting places. Be sure to secure your spot early as late registration at the start will not be possible. Please note that registration does not guarantee a starting place; it is only confirmed upon receipt of the entry fee within five bank working days.

The entry fee is set at EUR 49.00, and it grants you full access to the event, including catering. As a token of appreciation, you’ll receive a starter bag filled with goodies from our sponsors, as well as a delectable pasta meal and a refreshing drink. Additionally, all non-stop finishers who make it back to the finish line by 21:00 will receive an exclusive medal to commemorate their achievement.

Prepare yourself for a challenging route spanning 250 kilometers with a staggering 4,000 meters of altitude difference. We recommend a bike equipped with disc brakes and a gear ratio suitable for the terrain, such as 1×11 with a maximum 42-tooth ring and 10-42 cassette. The tires should have a width between 35 and 50 mm, with a reliable tread. A 650B tire is also acceptable, and we highly recommend going tubeless for optimal performance. If you don’t have a gravel bike, feel free to join in with your trusty MTB. Remember, Palatinate is a cycle tourism Gravelbike event, so there won’t be any timekeeping – it’s all about enjoying the ride.

Join us on a memorable journey through the scenic Palatinate region. The route is navigated via GPS track, allowing you to ride at your own pace – whether solo, with friends, or spontaneously joining a group.

For the adventurous souls, there’s an exciting bikepacking option available. Take your time to explore the Palatinate Forest and utilize the various accommodation and supply options. Bikepackers will converge at the finish area during the day on Sunday, July 30th, 2023, creating an opportunity for a unique and unforgettable experience.

Set your alarms and be ready to roll between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. for a day filled with camaraderie, adventure, and the thrill of conquering the Palatinate gravel roads.
