The Spotted Horse Gravel Ultra beckons as a self-sustained adventure, where personal crews are not permitted along the route. Rest assured, opportunities to replenish supplies at convenience stores will be provided, with precise distances between them communicated to all participants.

Anticipate a terrain of significant elevation changes.

Segments of the route will traverse remote regions with sparse cell reception. Other sections will traverse residential farmlands, all connected by picturesque Iowa byways with light vehicular presence.
