UCI World Gravel Series: Gravel, Grit’n’Grind Halmstad 2023

We’re absolutely thrilled to host another UCI Trek Gravel World Series race in 2023, and we owe it all to the incredible participants who inspired and motivated us during the 2022 edition. Here are the dates to remember for the 2023 event:

Stage 1 on August 18th, 2023: A thrilling 19 km Gravel Individual Time Trial.
Stage 2 on August 19th, 2023: Choose from a challenging 133 km or 104 km UCI qualifying Gravel race, which also marks the First Ever Swedish National Championships.
Stage 3 on August 20th, 2023: A fantastic 80 km Gravel Race.
Registration will open in early 2023, so stay tuned and be ready to secure your spot in this extraordinary event!

Gravel, Grit ‘n Grind is a 3-day stage race and a proud part of the esteemed 2023 Trek UCI Gravel World Series. The action-packed itinerary includes a time trial on Friday, a long and adventurous gravel race on Saturday, and a shorter yet equally thrilling gravel race on Sunday.

In Sweden, gravel rides are not just a trend; they are an integral part of experiencing the breathtaking beauty of our landscape and environmental values. For decades, we’ve explored the hidden treasures of our gravel roads, and now, we’re delighted to share these treasures with the world.

You have the flexibility to participate in a single race, take on two stages, or embark on the full three-day stage race—it’s entirely up to you! Please note that only the event on Saturday, Stage 2, holds the distinction of being an official event in the 2023 Trek UCI Gravel World Series and the Swedish National Championships.
