Ben O’Connorzai won this year’s Volta a Catalunya. Ben O’Connorzai won the third stage of Volta a Catalunya with a solo attack 8km from the finish.

Juan Ayuso (UAE Chiefs) finished second at the front of the Select Chase group, while Nairo Quintana (Arkea-Samsic) finished third on Wednesday.

Kaden Groves won the second stage. As the champion of the first stage was ready to sprint, he stepped up his pursuit of victory, bypassing another title candidate and taking the title in one fell swoop.
