The company is wonderful to work with, they are quick to respond to any questions you have about there product.The wheel came sooner than was expected.As for the packaging the box was a little damaged from shipping but the wheels inside were well packed.The wheels seem well built, they run vary true and the spokes have good tension, vary lite also.Installed them on the bike and so far as of about 300 miles they are still true.
