I purchased the pump adaptor to compliment the velo TT rim. The access to the valve on the disc wheel is extremely limited and this makes inflating the tyre possible. I do not think I would have been able to inflate the tyre with the standard adaptor supplied with old faithful track pump. Finished in anodised aluminium, it looks smart and the well defined barbs on the end means there was no need to use an additional clamp when mounting to the hose. I have used this upto 100psi with no issues.
