Can it be changed to 6-bolt lock?
Yes, Marvel G35 uses center lock hubs by default. It can be changed to 6-bolt lock with an adapter. Please note it or contact us when placing the order if you need 6-bolt lock.
When should I choose the Shimano MSR freehub option?
The MSR freehub option on the Drive G45/Marvel G35 is compatible with Shimano Micro Spline MTB/Gravel cassettes. For example, if you are using the new Shimano RX820 1×12 groupset with the CS-M8100-12 cassette, please choose the Shimano MSR freehub option.
Can tubeless tires be used on this wheelset?
Yes, Marvel G35 is compatible with tubeless and clincher tires. We recommand getting them installed at local bike shop if you want to use tubeless tires.
Can I use disc brake wheels on my QR (quick release) compatible frame?
Yes. When placing the order for your disc brake wheelset, please leave a note saying that you would like quick releases instead of thru-axles.
Why don't our disc brake wheelsets come with thru-axles?
Unlike quick releases, there are many thru-axle standards. What you need depends on your frame's make and model. There are many thread types, such as M12x1.0mm, M12x1.5mm, M12x1.75mm, etc... For example, M12 means the outer thread diameter is 12mm, and 1.0mm means the thread pitch is 1.0mm. Because of the variety of standards, we do not provide thru-axles. If you need a new thru-axle(s), please contact your frame brand for more information.
What size tires can be used on this wheelset?
Marvel G35 is compatible with 700*28C -700*50C tires. The most recommended tires are 700*38C.
What’s the rider weight limit of Marvel G35?
It is 125kg. The rider weight limit means the total weight supported by the wheels. This includes the rider, the bicycle(except for the wheels), and any gear, clothing or accessories. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service.

How do I place an order?
Choose the products you would like to order, making sure to choose the options (i.e. freebody, decals, etc...). Also, remember to choose the quantity that you need. Then click the “Buy Now” button followed by the “View cart” button to see what you have in your cart. Please check the details of your order. If the information is correct, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. Please input your contact information which includes your shipping address. Choose the payment and click the “Place order” button. After you have paid, you will receive an email from [email protected] about your order information.

How long will it take for my wheels to be sent after payment?
Your order will be processed within 2 business days and will be sent out on a business day (Mon-Fri). The exception to this is during holidays. We will send your items within 5 working days if they are in stock. Normally we have some wheels in stock.
If not, we will produce a new wheelset/s and send them out for delivery within 10-12 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, bank transfer, and credit card. For credit card payment, an extra 4% fee will be charged. For more information, pleas refer to our payment policy.
What shipping method does Elitewheels use?
We offer free shipping to 40 countries on all wheelset orders from our website. There are several delivery options available. Shipping time will vary depending on the delivery method used: (EMS/DPD: 15-30 days, Fedex/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days). Further delays may occur due to customs clearance at the destination country. See more about our shipping policy here.
How much customs duties should I pay?
We use the DPD shipping method for all EU countries, the UK and the US, which is tax paid in advance. Customers in the above countries don’t need to pay custom duties. It usually takes 15-30 days to deliver.
For those not living in the above list of countries, all the taxes and custom duties are borne by the customer. To ensure the minimum custom duties, we will help to declare low value. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us via email..
Does Elitewheels provide a warranty?
Every one of our carbon rims has been strictly tested before shipment. We are so confident in the quality of our rims that we offer a 3-year warranty on every one. We also offer a crash replacement policy. To learn more, please refer to our warranty page.
What if my parcel has arrived but is damaged?
Your rims will be packaged and protected carefully to ensure they are in good condition when they arrive. If the parcel you receive has obvious damage from improper handling while shipping, please refuse to sign for it. The parcel will then be returned to Elitewheels. We will produce new products for you or arrange a refund.
If you find the shipping damage after signing, please contact us immediately. We will help you solve the problem as soon as possible. If shipping damage occurs, please keep all the packaging and paperwork from your order.
How do I cancel my order?

What tire pressures should I run?
The best tire pressure for you depends on many factors: the rim width, type of bike and tires, rider weight, road conditions and weather conditions. Please see our user guide for more information.
Are your clincher rims tubeless ready?
All Elitewheels' clincher rims are tubeless ready.
What’s the rider weight limit of our wheels? What does it include?
Rider weight limits differ depend on the wheelset. For more information on specific wheels, please view the specifications on the your chosen wheelset's page on the Elitewheels website.
The weight limit includes the weight of the bike, rider, gear, accessories, etc... that is being supported by the wheelset.

A beautiful and lightweight carbon wheelset. Delivery to Germany took about 3 weeks. The tubeless assembly was very easy because the rim tape and valves were already mounted at the factory. The concentricity of the wheels was perfect. On my first gravel ride I immediately felt the difference to the heavy aluminium wheels I had before. An absolutely worthwhile upgrade for my bike.

Ordered this wheelset for my road bike. The 35mm height are perfect for the windy conditions I’m living in. The wheels are fast rolling and stiff. The Schwalbe One 32mm I have mounted are a perfect fit. They are running tubeless and popped right on with the old floorpump. The wheels was originally interesting to be on my gravel bike but they newer made it that far!
The only problem is I properly have to order another set for my gravel bike 🙈

Hi Kristian. Thanks for sharing your experience. It is nice to hear that you are enjoying the G35 wheelset on your road bike. A recessed bead channel is featured on all of our rims to prevent burping during inflation, making tubeless install much easier, so if you choose another wheel for your gravel bike, it should be just as straightforward.

Very impressed with the marvel elite gravel wheels. Have only ridden around 300kms so far. The build quality is exceptional, perfectly true and spokes evenly tensioned. Love the light weight and low rolling resistance. Have set the wheels up tubeless with panaracer SS slick gravel tyres . So impressed I purchased a second set for my wife in November and have just installed the second set. Wheels are of the same high quality as first set.
I am using wheels with a ztto 12 speed 11-50 cassette. Installed ok. Added a 1 mm spacer for the mtb cassette and all ok. A minor issue I had is with the ztto lock ring. Lock ring thread didnt seem to match the hub thread. But switched to old genuine shimano lock ring and all Ok. This occured on both wheelset and with using other 11 speed lock rings.
I’ll look into the minor lock ring issue further but is a minor issue.
In summary an excellent gravel wheel of high quality construction and excellent attention to build. Wheels perfectly trued and tensioned and rim tape perfectly seated. I Highly recommended these wheels.
