Alp Traum Bike Challenge 2024

The Alp Traum Bike Challenge 2024, held from September 6 to September 8 in Maurach, Austria, is an unsupported gravel and mountain bikepacking adventure. Covering approximately 350 kilometers with 8,000 meters of climbing, this challenge takes riders through some of the most picturesque and rugged parts of the Tyrolean Alps. Starting and finishing at the scenic Achensee, participants will navigate a demanding course that includes gravel and secondary roads, along with some pushing sections. Riders must be self-supported, managing all challenges and logistics independently. The route showcases stunning locations such as the Karwendel, Kufstein Land, Kitzbühel Alps, Zillertal Alps, and the historic city of Innsbruck, offering a true test of endurance and exploration.
