RETURN POLICY

Free trial within 60 days

This policy only applies to Drive series wheels purchased directly from the official website (www.elite-wheels.com).

For the Drive series purchased directly from the official website, we provide a 60-day free return service, no-questions-asked. You can enjoy a full refund of the purchase price.
As soon as the customer receives the product, they many contact customer service on our official website or by email: service@elite-wheels.com within 60 days if they decide to return the wheels.

The freight and customs duties for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember to send the tracking information to our customer service staff.

For products returned using this policy, please make sure that the returned products and accessories are complete and properly packaged to ensure that the wheels will not become damaged.

Products returned using this policy must be sent back to the the following address.

Within 7 working days of the product being returned, the staff at Elitewheels will refund the amount paid by the customer after confirming that the wheels have not been damaged by external factors.

ORDER AMENDMENT
OR CANCELLATION POLICY

Our order amendment policy applies when all or part of a purchase is canceled, after the payment is made but before the item ships.

A cancellation made after the product has shipped is treated as a “return” with all applicable fees. Please refer to our Product Return Policy.

Customers can make changes in the order and cancel orders by contacting Elitewheels. An additional 15% charge of the purchase value will be charged to cover re-stocking and operational costs.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE
OR LOSS OF SHIPMENT

1 If you receive a product with damaged packaging, inspect the items carefully for damage. If there is no obvious external damage, sign for the product. If there is external damage, please send us a photo, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will return to Elitewheels. If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform Elitewheels of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned package.
2 If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing a replacement product.
3 If the package is in good condition, but the product has been significantly damaged during shipment, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us within 7 days after receiving the delivery.
