The Best Buddies Challenge 2024 offers a cycling experience unlike any other, combining the thrill of the ride with a powerful cause. Set for Saturday, October 19, 2024, this event invites participants to either ride solo or form a team to support Best Buddies in transforming the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Taking place at the scenic Summit Skywalker Ranch, riders can choose between an 80-mile or a 38-mile journey through the stunning landscapes of Marin County. The picturesque routes feature on-course domestiques, pacing support, SAG support, two fully-stocked rest stops, and on-site bike technicians to ensure a seamless experience. Along the way, cyclists will be treated to breathtaking views of Tomales Bay, Point Reyes National Seashore, and the Marin countryside. Pro-cyclists will lead the ride, setting the pace and providing support throughout the course.
The event culminates in a luxurious five-star luncheon, complete with gourmet food, fine wines, and live entertainment. Riders can also take advantage of showers and post-ride massages to relax and unwind after the ride.
