Cape to Cape 2024: Australia’s Premier Four-Day MTB Stage Race
Cape to Cape is Australia’s largest and most popular four-day mountain bike stage race, set in the stunning Margaret River region of Western Australia. This iconic event offers riders an unparalleled experience, featuring access to breathtaking private trails, vineyard visits, brewery finishes, and the warm hospitality that this region is renowned for.

Stages: 4 distinct stages
Course Details:
Stage 1 – Cape Leeuwin:
Distance: 45km
Elevation: 871m
Description: The race kicks off at the iconic Cape Leeuwin lighthouse, with a mix of single trails, fire roads, and gravel sections. Riders will tackle rolling hills and sharp climbs, setting the tone for the days ahead.
Stage 2 – Nannup (New for 2024!):
Distance: 48km
Elevation: 1135m
Description: Day two introduces a brand new stage in the Tank 7 Mountain Bike Park in Nannup. Riders will face a raw and rocky terrain that challenges both beginners and experienced mountain bikers.
Stage 3 – Margaret River:
Distance: 53km
Elevation: 808m
Description: This fan-favorite stage takes place on the famous trails of Margaret River, including Compartment 10 and the Pines. With flowing berms, rollovers, and smooth trails, this stage is pure MTB heaven, ending at the popular CBCo. venue.
Stage 4 – Cape Naturaliste:
Distance: 42km
Elevation: 862m
Description: The race concludes at Cape Naturaliste, with riders navigating trails through Zone 6 and the Dunsborough Golf Course before crossing the finish line at Wise Wines.
