Don Harris Century

Formerly known as the Montague Century, the event was renamed to the Don Harris Century in honor of Don Harris, a co-organizer who passed away in 2013. The event has been held annually since 2010 in collaboration with Cycling PEI, and this year, it continues in partnership with the Heart & Stroke Foundation of PEI.

The start and finish line is set at Rossignol Estate Winery in Little Sands, Prince Edward Island, which is located 45 minutes east of Charlottetown.

For 2024, participants can choose from two road routes—a new 100K and a modified 60K—both featuring rest stops, in addition to a 30K trail ride on the Confederation Trail with some gravel sections. Check-in starts at 8:30 AM, with the 100K ride kicking off at 9:00 AM and both the 60K and trail rides starting at 10:00 AM. Road route maps are available for download.

To synchronize finish times and support, the 100K route starts at 9:00 AM and the 60K and trail rides at 10:00 AM.

After the ride, join us for a reception at the winery where wine tasting and bottle purchases will be available.

Safety and Rules:

Although traffic is generally light, the roads are open, and all highway laws must be obeyed.
The ride is supported, but riders should be prepared to handle minor issues like flat tires.
Riders should bring a cellphone and will be provided with a support contact number.
In case of an emergency, dial 911.
All participants must check in at the registration desk after completing their ride.
